Dr. Paul Seemann, Jr  - Founding Partner, Deceased.

Dr. Seemann, along with Dr. Koetting, purchased the original Ridgefield Animal Hospital on Ridgefield Road June 17th, 1985.  As a founding partner, Dr. Seemann worked tirelessly to bring the tiny 1 doctor, one employee practice to the modern, multi-doctor practice that it is today.  Dr. Seemann was a 1983 graduate of the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine. He was married to Charlene Seemann, and was father to grown children Jeffrey Seemann and Amanda Seemann, DVM ( LSU '15).  An avid fisherman, Dr. Seemann also enjoyed time with his 3 cats.    He is pictured here with clinic blood donor cat, Elwood. Dr. Seemann was a Diplomat of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners as a Canine and Feline Specialist  (www.abvp.com) .  He successfully recertified for the second time in 2009, which is required by the ABVP every 10 years.

Dr. Dawn Koetting - Founding Partner 

Dr. Koetting is a 1984 graduate of the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine and has practiced in Thibodaux since 1985.  She is married to Donald Koetting.  Their son Christopher rounds out their human family.  Dr. Koetting enjoys pastel painting, bonsai and horseback riding, and spending time with her dog Deuce, two cats (Sumi and C.C.), and macaw Clyde. She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners as a Canine and Feline Specialist (www.abvp.com).  Dr. Koetting sucessfully recertified a second time in 2010, which is required by the ABVP every 10 years.

Dr. Natali Robichaux - Partner

Dr. Robichaux is a 2000 graduate of the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine and has practiced at Ridgefield Animal Hospital since that time.  She joined the practice as an owner in 2007.   She is married to Ray Robichaux, Jr, and is mother to Zachary, Jacqueline, and Tillman.  Dr. Robichaux enjoys reading and spending time with her family.  She also enjoys hanging with her cat, Riley Purrcy and her two dogs, BeBe and Chelsea.  She is currently pursuing her board certification with the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners.  Doctor Robichaux is pictured here with clinic blood donor cat Mambo.

Dr. Lane Breaux- Partner

Dr. Breaux is a 2005 graduate of the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine and has practiced at Ridgefield Animal Hospital since graduation.  He was the recipient of the Arizona Outstanding Equine Student Award during his final year at the LSU.  Dr. Breaux joined the practice as an owner in 2010.  He is married to Jennifer Breaux and is father to Patrick, Luke, and Samantha.  He is an avid fisherman and hunter when not spending time with his three dogs (Annie, Duchess, & Foxxy) and cat (Penny).  Dr. Breaux is pictured with Eli, our blood donor dog.

Dr. Sarah Pitre.Dr. Pitre is a 2008 graduate of LSU School of Veterinary Medicine.  After practicing for two years in California, Dr. Pitre, a native of Larose, is happy to be home.  Dr. Pitre is married to Clint Pitre, Jr. and they have one son, Pierre James (P.J.) When not working, she enjoys drawing with charcoal and reading.  She is "mom" to two cats, "Chopsticks" and "Mama Cat", two leopard geckos, and a corn snake.

Dr. Kelsey Nannig.  Dr. Nannig is a 2015 graduate of LSU School of Veterinary Medicine.  Dr. Nannig's veterinary special interests include equine, sheep, and goat medicine.  Dr. Nannig enjoys running, sewing, and spending time outdoors with her husband.  Dr. Nannig is pictured with her cat Pluto.                                                                                               

Dr. Kathryn Elliott.  Dr. Elliott is a 2016 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, St. Kitts.  Dr. Elliott's veterinary interests include canine and feline medicine, critical care, and dermatology.  Dr. Elliott enjoys LSU football, offshore fishing, cooking, and playing fetch with her German Shorthaired Pointer, Kai (pictured with her here.)
