Our Doctors
Ridgefield Animal Hospital has been a fixture in Thibodaux, Louisiana for over 40 years. Dr. Paul Seemann and Dr. Dawn Koetting became co-owners in 1985 and moved the practice to its current facility in 1999. Dr. Natali Robichaux joined the practice as an associate in 2000, and as a partner in 2007. Dr. Lane Breaux came to us as an associate in 2005 and joined us as a partner in 2014. Our newest partners are Dr. Sarah Pitre (LSU 2008) and Dr. Kathryn Langley (Ross 2016). Dr. Michaela LeBoeuf (LSU 2019) recently joined as an associate in the spring of 2019.

Dr. Lane Breaux, PartnerDr. Breaux is a 2005 graduate of the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine and has practiced at Ridgefield Animal Hospital since graduation. He was the recipient of the Arizona Outstanding Equine Student Award during his final year at the LSU. Dr. Breaux joined the practice as an owner in 2014. He is married to Jennifer Breaux and is father to Patrick, Luke, and Samantha. He is an avid fisherman and hunter when not spending time with his two dogs Duchess, & Foxy and two cats Penny and Honey Bun and bunnies. Dr. Breaux is pictured with Eli, our blood donor dog.

Dr. Sarah Pitre, PartnerDr. Pitre is a 2008 graduate of LSU School of Veterinary Medicine (and rabid Purple and Gold fan!). After practicing for two years in California, Dr. Pitre, a native of Larose, is happy to be home. Dr. Pitre has one son Pierre, and is married to Ryan McGahan, owner of Meaty McGahan Bar-B-Que. When not working, she enjoys watching sports and listing to music (especially live), spending time and traveling with family and being a personal taste tester for Ryan. Her veterinary interests include exotic animal patients and feline medicine. She is also “mom” to one cat, “Chopsticks” and a corn snake “Roy”.

Dr. Kathryn Langley, Partner
Dr. Langley is a 2016 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, St. Kitts (with her clinical year being completed at LSU SVM). Dr. Langley is married to Austin Langley. Her veterinary interests include small animal acupuncture, canine and feline medicine, critical care, and dermatology. In 2020, Dr. Langley obtained her Certification in Veterinary Acupuncture from the Chi Institute in Reddick, FL. Dr. Langley offers a variety of acupuncture techniques for her patients including dry needling, electro-acupuncture and aqua-puncture. In her free time, Dr. Langley enjoys LSU football, offshore fishing, scuba diving and playing fetch with her two German Shorthaired Pointers, Duncan and Kai (pictured with her here.)

Dr. Michaela Leboeuf, Associate
Dr. LeBoeuf is a 2019 graduate of LSU School of Veterinary Medicine. She is a Houma native and is happy to be close to home. Dr. LeBoeuf enjoys cheering on the LSU Tigers in her free time. She is an avid Disney fan and is always planning her next trip to the World. She loves spending time with her two fur babies: Stella Rose, a golden doodle and a cat Lily.
