Ridgefield is proud to say that we have been AAHA approved since 2018. American Animal Hospital Association is the accrediting body for companion animal hospitals in the United States and Canada. To become AAHA accredited, companion animal hospitals undergo regular, comprehensive onsite evaluations by AAHA veterinary experts who evaluate each practice on more than 900 standards of veterinary care. Not all animal hospitals are accredited. In fact, only about 12-15% of animal hospitals in the United States and Canada are accredited. What does accreditation mean? It means Ridgefield Animal Hospital holds itself to a higher standard and that your pet is receiving care at a hospital that has passed the highest standards in veterinary care. |
